Conexus Classic Golf Outing
The 28th Annual Conexus Classic is being played on Monday, June 1, 2020 on both courses at Hermitage Country Club. The tournament hosts over 200 golfers and is recognized as one of Richmond’s largest and best rated corporate golf outings. This tournament raises over $100,000 annually to help Conexus in our mission to eliminate poor vision as a barrier to learning in school.
Our guests enjoy a light breakfast reception during player check- in, where they receive their tournament sponsored team gifts, and take to the practice ranges. Just before the noon shot-gun start, eight lucky guests will compete for a million dollar shoot out and then teams head out for a full 18 holes on the pristinely manicured Hermitage courses. Lunch is served from the grill on the back patio through early afternoon.
Immediately following play, our guests are welcomed to enjoy a delicious dinner and awards banquet in the Hermitage clubhouse, where first and second place prizes for two flights on each course are awarded and the lucky winners of a variety of high end raffles and prizes are announced.
We hope you will plan to join us and be a part of the tradition. The tournament will sell out quickly (usually before March) so click here to reserve your spot today!
The Conexus Golf Classic is a charity event that raises about $100,000 annually. All proceeds support the children’s programs at Conexus, a private nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Conexus provides comprehensive children’s vison programs in schools to all children insuring that undetected and untreated vision problems will not be a barrier to success in the classroom.
